Responsibilities:- Identify, educate, and enroll qualified Aged, Blind & Disabled population individuals into the relevant Medicaid health insurance program- Assure that application is accurately completed and adhering to submission deadline dates- Meet productivity and quality performance targets- Attend internal and external trainings and meetings- Understand overall eligibility requirements for government-sponsored health insurance programs- Maintain timely knowledge of government-sponsored health insurance program updates or changes- Assist with community outreach activities- Perform other duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications:- High school diploma required.
