Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Financial Business Analyst (CLT) to join their team. As a Financial Business Analyst, you will be part of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Organization supporting various strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a creative mindset, and strong analytical abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Execute project deliverables while partnering with stakeholders across ORCO and CFO to ensure collaborative progression.
Participate in and/or lead new and ongoing projects and strategic initiatives to automate key reporting capabilities and deliver on process improvements.
Support the development of automated monitoring and dashboards while assessing current tooling to ensure the right tools are applied to the right opportunities.
Communicate both written and verbally to impacted stakeholders across CFO in ad hoc and continual governance and reporting routines.
Drive adherence to enterprise-wide standards through analytical and administrative support for LOB specific processes and tools.
What's Needed?
3+ years of professional work experience in risk management and/or finance, preferably in the financial services industry.
Hands-on experience building automation workflows, processes, and visualization dashboards utilizing tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, and SQL.
Prior experience supporting strategic initiatives/projects.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Creative thinker with an analytical mindset able to resolve complex issues.
