Fire/Life Safety Service Sales Executive

This role supports our Service Agreements business within the Smart Buildings Total Fire Alarm & Life Safety Service team, focusing on fire/life safety service and maintenance in large commercial buildings.
Responsibilities include:
- Achieving order, booking, and profit goals based on your quota.
- Developing a pipeline of opportunities and forecasting expected order intake.
- Understanding the marketplace, competitors, and market trends.
- Strategic account management and identifying new business opportunities.
- Consulting with customers to meet their building system needs.
- Participating in industry networking events and professional organizations.
- Supporting budgeting and investment discussions with clients.
- Positioning Siemens as an industry leader through digital service delivery.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Spending at least 50% of time in customer-facing activities, including in-person visits.
Qualifications:
Basic: High school diploma or GED, NICET Fire Alarm Certification (Level I or II for Senior role), sales or consulting experience in fire/life safety, and proficiency in English and Microsoft Office.
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering, 3+ years (Senior) or 6+ months (Executive) sales experience, knowledge of fire and safety systems, and ability to travel as needed.
