Founding Design Engineer

We're hiring our first Design Engineer to own the frontend of Create.

You'll ship at the frontier of AI agent UX to craft experiences that are delightful, intuitive, performant, and make the Internet go "woah". Your work will define how millions build software with AI.

Your background looks something like:

1. 4+ years of production experience with Typescript and modern web frameworks (React, Next, Web Assembly, etc.)
2. If you've personally built something people use and love, YOE is irrelevant
3. At least one of:
   1. Done impactful work at a company known for its frontend and design
   2. Major contributions to a notable open source project
   3. Seriously impressive portfolio
4. Deep understanding of the DOM and the browser
5. Ship performant, pixel-perfect components
6. You blend excellent engineering with taste in models, design, and product
7. Comfortable working with and without a designer
8. Don't compromise quality and speed - you sweat the details and you ship fast

We pay extra attention if you have:

1. Prior experience as a founder or founding engineer
2. Strong production experience with LLMs

Compensation Range: $125K - $200K
