Robert Half Consulting Teams is seeking a Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join our Full-Time Engagement Professionals (FTEP) team on a full-time basis. Maintain and oversee all financial transactions, ensuring compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and company standards (Source: RH Acronym Guide.docx).
Perform bank reconciliations, account analysis, and preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements (Source: RH Acronym Guide.docx).
Manage all aspects of the general ledger, including journal entries, month-end closing, and reporting.
Handle accounts payable (A/P), accounts receivable (A/R), and payroll processing with efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate with management on budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis to support financial decision-making.
Take ownership of special projects, solving complex challenges through a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
Requirements
Bookkeeper qualifications that we're looking for
BS/AS/Certificate in Accounting, Finance/Business Administration or relative experience
2+ years related work experience as a bookkeeper for small and medium sized companies
Advanced MS Excel (Vlookups, Pivot tables, Formulas)
Experience using at least 2 ERP accounting software systems - QuickBooks, Netsuite, SAP, Oracle, Yardi, MS Dynamics, Yardi Etc.
Passion for fixing and solving problems!
