Duties
- Manage client relationships, including carriers, and oversee case files with expertise in general liability.
- Lead and contribute to the success of the practice area by providing strategic guidance and handling complex litigation matters.
- Collaborate with fellow attorneys and support staff in a collegial, team-oriented environment.
- Drive business development efforts without the requirement of a pre-existing "book" of business for partnership consideration.
- Take on leadership roles and contribute to the firm’s growth and innovation.
Requirements
- Proven experience at the partner level in general liability law.
- Strong ability to manage files, client relationships, and carrier interactions.
- Demonstrated job stability with excellent references.
- Active membership in the California Bar and in good standing.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Licensed to practice law in California, with membership in good standing.
Skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and case-management skills.
- Leadership abilities and experience mentoring junior attorneys.
