Job Description – The Specifics
- Achieve and maintain high customer service standards.
- Monitor and meet profit, sales, and performance goals, including reviewing the P&L.
- Ensure all store associates deliver excellent customer service.
- Gather and analyze competitive information.
- Provide regular sales and performance reports to management.
- Manage store promotions, advertising, and visual merchandising.
- Hire, supervise, and train store staff.
- Motivate staff to exceed performance standards.
- Maintain professional relations with doctors, staff, and customers.
Qualifications – The Right Fit
- Ability to interpret business, technical, and regulatory information.
- Strong communication skills for presenting and responding to groups.
- Proficiency in calculating figures and analyzing data.
- Problem-solving skills with data collection and analysis.
- Management experience in retail and/or optical industry.
- Proficient in computer skills.
