General Manager
Location – Scottsdale, AZ
Salary – $100k–$120k

A renowned, nationally recognized hospitality group is opening a new, high-volume, upscale restaurant in Scottsdale, AZ and is looking for a passionate, driven General Manager to lead the team!
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a General Manager or AGM in a high-volume, upscale dining environment.
- Proven track record of success with new restaurant openings.
- Strong leadership and people development skills.
- Deep understanding of financial operations, including P&L management and labor control.
- Experience working with trendy, concept-driven brands a strong plus.

- Oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations for a new, high-energy, high-volume restaurant.
- Hire, train, and lead a top-performing team while maintaining brand and service standards.
- Drive financial performance and ensure operational excellence.
