The Gold Fields Australia two-year Graduate Program offers tailored mentoring, technical development, support and role-specific training to help you succeed in your career. Whilst rotating across our four Australian mine sites, you will have the opportunity to learn from a team of experienced professionals.

We are seeking applications from passionate & motivated candidates keen to commence their career as a Graduate: Geotechnical Engineer.These roles will be offered on an 8 days on, 6 days off Fly in Fly out roster from Perth.
To be successful in your application, you will:
Be due to complete your Tertiary Qualification in Geotechnical Engineering by mid-year 2025 (or have completed within the last 12 months)
Have a current C Class manual driver's licence, or the ability to obtain one before the commencement of the Graduate Program
Have strong verbal and written communication skills
Be a problem solver and innovative thinker
Have an advantage if you have completed prior vacation work within the mining industry
Have working rights to live and work in Australia with no visa restrictions
Able to submit a copy of your Academic Transcript when you apply
