Salary Range: $60,000 – $70,000 annually

Position Summary:
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling, strategically aligned materials across print, digital, and event platforms. This includes developing brand identities, designing marketing collateral, producing digital content, and translating complex ideas into visual formats. The ideal candidate is highly creative, detail-oriented, collaborative, proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, and passionate about visual storytelling. Success requires adaptability, innovation, and managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Development: Design and maintain visual identities for the agency and clients, including logos, color palettes, and typography.
- Marketing Collateral: Create print and digital materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and ads.
- Digital Design: Design graphics for websites, social media, email templates, and multimedia presentations.
- Event Design: Develop visuals for events, including signage, programs, and promotional items.
- Visual Communication: Translate complex concepts into visuals like infographics, charts, and diagrams.
- Client Collaboration: Participate in discovery sessions, present concepts, and incorporate feedback.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects ensuring quality under deadlines and budgets.
- Innovation & Trends: Stay current with design trends and tools.
- Production Coordination: Prepare designs for print and fabrication, working with vendors.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Understanding of color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Experience across print, digital, and event formats
- Ability to translate ideas into visuals
- Attention to detail and project management skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Portfolio demonstrating design range
- Ability to adapt based on feedback
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in illustration, photography, or activation design
- Familiarity with WordPress and web principles
- Interest in motion graphics and animation
- Market research skills
- Experience in agency settings
- Interest in ongoing education
Work Location & Schedule:
In-person, Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM, with infrequent travel.
