You are:
Accenture Song is seeking a dynamic Creative Director with experience in driving, concepting, pitching, and delivering omni-channel, brand-building campaigns that meet the strategic needs of Fortune 500 clients. You should be able to lead all creative aspects of projects, guide and provide feedback on art and copy disciplines, and have experience leading integrated teams, ensuring creative excellence, and presenting work directly to clients.
You will need to articulate a big-picture vision while managing detailed project aspects across design and copy. You will serve as the primary creative lead or collaborate with senior creative leadership. Collaboration with leaders across disciplines such as strategy, media, data/analytics, and technology is essential. A portfolio demonstrating broad experience and execution across the funnel is required.
The work:
- Conceptualize, pitch, and deliver branding, campaigns, and digital experiences
- Lead creative teams across design and copy
- Build review decks and present to clients
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary leads to ensure project success
- Develop meaningful client relationships
- Contribute hands-on within your discipline when necessary
- Support new business initiatives through concepting and deck development
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 10+ years of agency or equivalent industry experience across all media—including digital, social, film, long-form content, and print
- At least 5 years of experience leading teams and presenting to clients
- Outstanding online portfolio with diverse creative work for multiple brands across media
- Experience working within a creative agency or similar environment
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with Telecomm, Media, and Technology (CMT) industry clients
- An award-winning, industry-recognized portfolio (OneShow, AD&D, Cannes, Webbys, Emmys, Effies, ADC)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years), preferably in advertising or related fields
- Experience using GenAI to enhance creative processes
- A clear perspective on AI and the future of advertising
- Familiarity with the latest industry-standard creative software and GenAI tools
- Fluency in social media platforms and trends
- Experience with scaled Agency of Record (AOR) engagements
- A passion for integrating creativity, data, and technology
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
- Strong storytelling skills and narrative structuring for presentations and pitches
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
