We are an ambitious, rapidly growing team seeking a Head of Production to lead the creation of integrated global campaigns. You are a creative production leader eager to make an impact for major brands and mission-driven organizations advocating for meaningful change. Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of 360 integrated advertising production across various budgets and complexities.
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of Senior Producers.
- Build and maintain a trusted network of directors, production companies, and post-production partners.
- Develop and implement scalable production processes and templates.
- Collaborate with Creative, Account, and Strategy teams from brief to delivery.
- Scope, bid, and manage productions with clarity.
- Negotiate contracts, usage rights, and logistical needs with support from Business Affairs, Legal, and Contracts teams.
- Act as a trusted advisor and problem solver for clients and internal teams.
- Travel to oversee key productions as needed (estimated 20-30%).
Requirements
- 10-15+ years of advertising production experience, including leadership roles.
- Proven success managing productions of various scales.
- Experience across the full production lifecycle.
- Deep knowledge of budgeting, bidding, and legalities.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
- Collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Strong storytelling instincts.
Bonus Points
- Experience with brand reputation, public affairs, or issue-driven work.
- Familiarity with international or multilingual production.
