Our client a healthcare provider is looking to hire a HR Assistant to join their team in Falls Church, Virginia. This is a 3-month onsite position.
As their HR Assistant you will be providing administrative and transactional support across a variety of HR functions, including onboarding, records management, data entry, and responding to employee inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and updating HR systems and personnel files
- Processing routine HR transactions, and supporting data audits.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of HR and filling experience or related office clerical or customer service role.
- Strong Oral and Written Communication
- Computer Literacy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Experience in HRIS systems (Oracle, ServiceNow, or UKG/Kronos is preferred)
