What You'll Be Doing:
- 🎟️ Manage the Employee Discount Ticket program in line with SLAs and help drive continuous improvement
- 🧠 Organize and lead New Hire Orientation logistics (room bookings, IT setup, equipment prep, etc.)
- 🎤 Conduct both virtual and in-person training sessions for all levels of employees
- 🎉 Coordinate and send department-wide celebratory communications
- 📺 Keep internal messaging fresh by updating TV communications across all U.S. locations
- 🧩 Pitch in with a variety of other exciting HR projects as needed
