What You'll Do (AKA: Why You'll Love This Job):
You'll be more than just HR-you'll be a strategic partner, culture champion, and employee experience architect. From hiring the best and brightest to ensuring compliance and supporting an engaged workforce, you'll be at the center of it all.
Your Day-to-Day Might Include:
Collaborating with hotel leadership to align HR strategy with business goals
Supporting recruiting efforts and creating a smooth, welcoming onboarding experience
Coordinating employee events and recognition programs like Associate Appreciation Week and Holiday Giving
Analyzing HR data to help inform smart decisions and continuous improvement
Ensuring HR practices comply with all laws and reflect fairness, consistency, and integrity
Acting as a trusted advisor for managers and team members alike-answering questions, resolving concerns, and championing a positive workplace
What is Important:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or Hospitality (or a related field)
At least 3 years of progressive HR experience
Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
Ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality at all levels of the organization
Highly organized with a proactive mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Paycom and Microsoft Office Suite
SHRM-CP certification preferred
