Position Overview: Trinity Wellness Community Care is seeking a skilled and motivated Human Resources Manager to oversee core HR operations and support the organizations mission and growth. This role is responsible for leading recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and compliance efforts. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to maintain a positive and productive workplace. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Staffing - Develop and implement effective recruitment and onboarding strategies. Manage job postings, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and assist with hiring decisions. Oversee a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. Employee Relations - Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and workplace issues. Promote a respectful, inclusive, and supportive environment. Advise supervisors on performance management and disciplinary actions. Performance Management - Implement employee evaluation systems and feedback processes. Monitor performance trends and recommend development opportunities. Policy and Compliance - Create, update, and enforce HR policies and employee handbooks. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws. Benefits and Compensation - Manage benefits programs and coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate compensation. Respond to employee questions regarding benefits and deductions. Training and Development - Coordinate training programs, workshops, and professional development activities. Identify learning opportunities and growth pathways for staff. HR Administration - Maintain up-to-date employee records and documentation. Generate regular HR reports and track key metrics. Use HR software to streamline processes and support data-driven decisions. Perform additional HR tasks as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3-5 years of HR management or generalist experience. Knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and compliance standards. Strong organizational, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office tools. Preferred: HR certification (PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP). Experience implementing HR strategies in growing organizations. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
