We're looking for a visionary leader to drive the transformation of our Access Administration engineering function, the largest and most critical component of our IAM portfolio, spanning 30+ products.

In this role, you will:
Manage a global team of engineering managers and engineering leads
Focus on delivering commitments aligned to enterprise strategic priorities
Build support for strategies with business and technology leaders
Guide development of actionable roadmaps and plans
Identify opportunities and strategies for continuous improvement of software engineering practices
Provide oversight to software craftsmanship, security, availability, resilience, and scalability of solutions developed by the teams or third-party providers
Identify financial management and strategic resourcing
Set risk management guidelines and partner with stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives
Develop strategies for hiring engineering talent
Lead implementation of projects and encourage engineering innovation
Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including more experienced managers
Lead team to achieve objectives
Interface with external agencies, regulatory bodies or industry forums
Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Technology Strategic Leadership
Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
Required Qualifications, US:
8+ years of Technology Strategic Leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
6+ years of Identity Governance and Administration experience
4+ years of Management experience
Desired Qualifications:
Strong knowledge and expertise with Identity Governance Toolsets such as IBM Tivoli, Saviynt, Oracle Identity Manager
Direct experience in leading the implementation of one or more of the above tools is desired, and or experience in migrating from one to the other
Deep IAM and IGA domain expertise and strong engineering background with a track record of leading all stages of software development, deployment, and production support
4+ years leading an access administration team providing strategy and technical expertise to both the team and the larger parent organization
Excellent knowledge of access requests, approvals, provisioning, deprovisioning, and access certification
Experience supporting cloud transformation and working with SaaS solutions, especially those involving Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform
Technical engineering leader comfortable with system design and demonstrable track record of building highly reliable, scalable, and performant systems for complex use cases
Strong hands-on experience with IAM tools and solutions
Experience with ETL tools and data transformation
Excellent knowledge of databases both operational and data warehouse.
Expert at designing clean data models and managing data for high performance and scalability
Experience with IGA connectors, reconciliation and application onboarding
Excellent technical leader that can build and grow world class engineering teams
Experience with Privileged Access Management
