What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Install and configure technical systems, software, and hardware
- Deploy company products and third-party applications
- Manage databases, server connections, and system architecture

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years in software implementation; experience in gaming or casino is a plus
- Strong analytical, technical, and troubleshooting abilities
- Experience with customer interaction and relationship-building
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
