The Opportunity
As part of the Industrial Products team you lead large projects and innovate processes, transforming data into insights and visualizations that drive strategic decisions for clients and the firm. As a Senior Manager, you serve as a strategic advisor, leveraging your influence and technical acumen to deliver quality results while motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop impactful insights and engage in community representation.
Responsibilities
Manage proprietary datasets to secure data quality and accessibility
Generate commercially relevant insights for client engagements
Support thought leadership initiatives through data analysis
Drive demand generation with actionable data insights
Comply with industry standards and practices
Present findings to clients and stakeholders in an engaging manner
What You Must Have
High School Diploma
6 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Data Processing/Analytics/Science preferred
Demonstrating in-depth abilities in managing client needs
Leading identification of new industrial data sources
Building predictive models and data-led tools
Designing experiments for operational initiatives
Translating analytical findings into actionable recommendations
Developing dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
Managing data science and commercial analytics teams
Staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies

The salary range for this position is: $89,000 - $315,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
