The Information Security Professional protects an organization's digital assets by designing, implementing, and maintaining security solutions to mitigate risks and safeguard data from cyber threats.
Your role:
Develop and implement security measures, policies, and best practices to protect IT infrastructure, networks, and sensitive data from cyber threats.
Works closely with cross-functional teams, including IT operations, software development, compliance, and executive leadership, to ensure a secure environment.
Conducts security assessments, vulnerability testing, and incident response while continuously monitoring systems for potential risks.
Offers opportunities for professional growth in cloud security, ethical hacking, and cybersecurity certifications (Certified Information Systems Security Professional, Certified Information Security Manager, Certified Ethical Hacker).
You're the right fit if:
Minimum 2 years of experience in areas such as Security Architecture, Network Security, Cybersecurity Technology, Information Security or equivalent with Bachelor's or no prior experience required with Master's Degree or 6 years of relevant experience with no degree.
Your skills include SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) tools, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and cloud security (AWS and Azure). (Bonus: Experience with scripting languages like Python or PowerShell.)
Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or 6 years of relevant experience.

The pay range for this position in Pennsylvania is $96,863 to $154,980 annually.
The pay range for this position in Washington, D.C. is $103,320 to $165,312 annually.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
