Akkodis is seeking a Information Technology Help Desk for a contract job with a client in West Chester , Ohio.
Shift - 5-day shift (includes weekend) 1:30PM - 10:30PM. This is a fully onsite position Monday - Friday - 8 am - 5 pm.
Rate Range: $24/ hour - $26/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Job Responsibilities
IT Shop Floor: Deployment, first level troubleshooting, creating and working tickets, configuration of devices, support IT applications for production line.
End User Device Install
Repair, Setup, Configuration
ServiceNow ticketing system experience& manufacturing environment experience are great for this role.
