Required Skills & Experience
Experience working in a regulatory space focused on capture and archival of eCommunication (Email, Instant Messaging/Chat, SMS Text, etc.).
Experience working with and implementing products such as Smarsh/Vantage, ZL and ThetaLake (experience with other Regulatory Archive and Surveillance tools also considered).
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and automation using API's.
Data analytics using multiple data sources.
Experience writing change/implementation/testing documentation.
What You Will Be Doing
Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Infrastructure Engineering and contribute to large-scale planning related to Infrastructure Engineering deliverables.
Review and analyze moderately complex Infrastructure Engineering challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Infrastructure Engineering deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with client personnel in Infrastructure Engineering.
