Job Description:
Provides leadership and direction in the design, procurement, installation, testing and initial support of healthcare information technology infrastructure initiatives. Example initiatives include new facility construction, facility remodels, large hardware replacements\rollouts, and digital health technology services. This position is responsible for human resource management, fiscal management, communication, and quality improvement. This position requires on-site work, travel between various sites, and active participation in multi-disciplined project teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with operations department leaders to understand their business needs and deploy solutions that have a positive impact on operations
Participate in discovery and design sessions with facilities project managers and stakeholders to implement established standards
Manages project team human resources, fiscal management, communication, and quality improvement
Responsible for information technology infrastructure scope in new facility construction, facility remodels, large hardware replacements/rollouts, and digital health solutions
Ensures deployed technology is compliant with technology standards, building codes, information security protocols, and data protection regulations
Monitors project performance and provides regular reports to Information Services and organizational leadership
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business or related field of study and 5 years of experience working in a complex technology environment in positions of increasing responsibility
OR
- Associate’s degree in management information systems, Business Administration or equivalent degree and 7 years of experience working in a complex technology environment in positions of increasing responsibility
OR
- 9 years of experience working in a complex technology environment in positions of increasing responsibility
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous lead, supervisory or project management experience
Previous experience with large technology deployment projects
Experience with the ServiceNow asset management platform (Software and Hardware)
Experience in a healthcare information technology environment
Technology industry certification preferred but not required (A+, Security+, Microsoft Certifications)
