Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls to assist customers with sales inquiries, product information, pricing, stock availability, shipment status, and other related issues
- Proactively create new sales opportunities through inbound leads and outbound calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions to earn their business
- Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest to increase sales utilizing a software program
- Handle and manage sales orders
- Process sales data and generate related reports
Requirements:
- Positive, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to work with a team
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus, but not required
- Previous sales experience is preferred, but not required
