Job Description: Instrumentation Technician Responsibilities
Repair complex electrical equipment, including automated machines, controls, panels, relays, circuit breakers, communication systems, and alarms.
Install electrical equipment with minimal instructions.
Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, detect and replace defective control modules.
Perform complex wiring assignments and install power, light, electronic, and control circuits.
Provide technical assistance to lower level maintenance electricians.
Demonstrate computer proficiency in programming, including Allen Bradley's Automation & Controls.
Adhere to safety guidelines in performing all job functions and duties.

Automation
PLC programming
Process improvement
Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) - experience in interaction, replacement, and parameter configuration
High voltage motors (3-phase, 480V) - experience in interaction
Electrical testing - ability to pass electrical tests, work with electrical panels, read schematics, and use multimeters to read and replace faulty fuses

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $82000.00 - $83000.00/yr.
