Responsibilities:
- Serve as technical and project management lead for assigned services projects, requiring independent scoping, estimation, strategy, design, and development to meet customer expectations.
- Work closely with Account/Delivery Managers on multiple projects.
- Act as the technical owner accountable for project outcomes for assigned work.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives as requested.
- Contribute to formal education program curriculum development, content creation, training delivery, and certification evaluations as needed.
- Act as liaison between sales accounts team, Delivery team, customer, and end-users, ensuring awareness of opportunities, risks, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in Application Integration, specifically with Rhapsody and in the Healthcare domain.
- 5+ years of experience building custom Rhapsody integrations in healthcare environments.
- Proficiency in JavaScript within Rhapsody.
- 2+ years of experience with REST API integrations.
- Experience with HL7 v2, FHIR, X12, complex XML, and other healthcare data standards.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and senior consultants.
- Strong data analysis skills, including detecting correlations and patterns.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate and evaluate multiple solutions.
- Self-management skills to handle productivity and time efficiently.
- Situational awareness and proactive contribution to value addition.
- Ability to identify and implement strategies for better outcomes.
- High analytical skills to dissect complex problems and scenarios.
