We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Human Resources Intern to join our team. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, with a key focus on maintaining and entering job profiles into our talent assessment platform. You will support various HR functions, contribute to process improvements, and gain insight into talent management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibility:
Accurately input and update job profiles into the organization's talent assessment platform, ensuring alignment with standardized role requirements and competencies.
General HR Responsibilities:
Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on internal and external job boards.
Support the coordination of recruitment and onboarding activities, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
Help maintain employee records and ensure compliance with data management policies.
Participate in the organization and execution of HR initiatives, events, and programs.
Conduct research on HR best practices and support documentation of HR policies and procedures.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other HR-related documentation as needed.
Provide administrative support to the HR team on day-to-day tasks.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with HRIS or talent platforms is a plus.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
