Ensono is currently offering a 3-month, fully paid internship program. This program is an excellent opportunity to learn how to effectively collaborate with IT consumers and stakeholders of your client’s organization while developing your soft skills and knowledge.
You will learn how to balance agility with meeting project requirements and define your development goals with the help of a dedicated mentor.
What you will do
- Collaborate with other team members, managers and stakeholders in Ensono to define and/or review process metrics
- Perform validation, and analysis using various tools and platforms with focus on Power BI and Snowflake.
- Automate database documentation and visualize system interconnections from a client data perspective.
- Define and implement data quality measures, including metrics and validation logic.
- Support the Service Delivery Governance team in delivering high-quality services to our clients.
- Learn and use the ITIL processes application in a global service provider company.
What you will need
- Knowledge and experience in developing Power BI reports, including the ability to design, build, and maintain dashboards and visualizations to support business insights and decision-making.
- Knowledge and/or experience in defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for processes
- Understanding of SQL for querying and analyzing relational databases.
- Desired to have – Experience in Python, including experience with data manipulation libraries (e.g., pandas, SQL Alchemy).
- Familiarity with data modeling concepts and documenting data flows.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- English (spoken and written) minimum B2 level – essential
- Graduated or working towards a bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
- Practical skills in Microsoft Office applications.
- Available to work full-time for at least 10 weeks during the summer
- Occasional in office work in Ensono office in Gdansk – most of the time you will be able to work from home although all week in office option is available as well based on your preference
