Team / Division Overview
The Product Division is responsible for the whole lifecycle of products and solutions that DWS offers, from the inception of a product strategy through implementation and ongoing management. Key pillars within the Product Division include Product Strategy, Lifecycle & Analytics, Product Specialists & Development and Product Management. The Product Division is looking for candidates who are interested in helping define DWS' commercial success through identifying product strategies, building client-centric solutions, developing products, defining and driving marketing strategies of products, and managing product platforms.
We are looking to hire a Liquid Real Assets (LRA) product specialist to join our Alternatives Product Specialists & Development Team. Working closely with our portfolio management and client coverage teams, the person will be responsible to promote our LRA strategies to clients in Americas. This is a client facing role acting as the technical asset class expert in client meetings, assisting the Client Coverage Division (CCD) in raising assets, and bringing critical client perspective back to the product development team to influence product design and implement a roadmap for extending product offerings to new client segments.
Role Details
As an LRA Product Specialist you will be responsible for:
Integrating expertise across the full investment product value chain, including investment strategy, market view, competitive landscape, industry trends, client needs, investment wrappers, and product profitability, to deliver product solutions and drive Net New Assets and Revenue with profitable margins.
Leveraging data-driven insights and market intelligence to ensure our LRA offerings are competitive and aligned with market and client needs.
Achieving LRA investment strategy capital raising targets of Americas. Working closely with client coverage teams to penetrate client segments across the region.
Providing quality support to LRA specialists in other regions to achieve LRA strategies global capital raising targets.
Demonstrating the value proposition and key benefits of our LRA strategies to internal coverage teams and clients. This involves a solid understanding of our own produ
