As an ISC Production Supervisor-Weekend Shift here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in guiding and supervising the production team at our Clearwater, FL location. You will be accountable for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the production processes, meeting production targets, and maintaining high-quality standards. Your strong guiding and communication skills will be essential in motivating and developing the production team to achieve operational excellence. In this role, you will impact the overall production process, ensuring that products are manufactured according to quality standards and delivered on time to meet customer demands.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers
Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to meet production goals
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Train and develop production team members
Collaborate with other departments to optimize production efficiency
Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs

YOU MUST HAVE
3+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
1+ years' experience leading a team
Experience in MS Excel with ability to analyze data and make data-driven choices

Lean Six Sigma certification
Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
