Role will manage IT infrastructure and applications such as ERP, WMS, EDI, B2B/B2C ecommerce systems and security policies. Additional responsibilities include managing help desk support and maintenance of on-prem and cloud infrastructure.

Role and Responsibilities
Manage infrastructure projects, including server, network and telecom projects.
Managed all Electronic Data Interchange. Maintain current EDI, add new trading partners, implement new EDI formats and documents.
Manage support of computer software systems through third party provider. Assist helpdesk support.
Manage third party vendors that dial with ERP, website and interfaces.
Prepare and manage budgets for new projects, ongoing IT operations, and capital investments in software system.
Ensure security and PCI policies are current and enforced. Collaborating with internal and external providers.
Analyzes and documents user information needs or business problems and recommends the most effective/efficient system solution.
Prepares user and technical documentation for the implementation and support of new and/or modified systems.
Designs and implements application integration between systems.
Assists in staff development by training employees and vendors and serving as an informational resource regarding policies and procedures.
Provides assistance and expertise in implementing and troubleshooting systems; addressing complaints and resolving complex problems including user support.
Assists with and manages coordination of projects; leads and coordinates work of others to develop, test, install and modify systems.
Maintains professional knowledge of current trends and developments in the field and applies pertinent new knowledge to performance of other responsibilities.
Maintains a consistent, high quality, customer-focused approach when conducting business and providing services or products to clients, the general public and other external customers.
Interacts with all levels of personnel in a way that promotes respect, encourages cooperation, and contributes to excellent performance.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
ERP system experience.
EDI management, implementation and support experience.
Knowledge of databases and database structure
Problem analysis and solution skills.
Bachelor's degree, 4 to 6 years of related experience, a combination of course work (at least 30 hours) and experience may substitute for the degree; industry-specific certification preferred.
Project Management experience.
Skills in requirements gathering, designing, prototyping, troubleshooting, and supporting users
Ability to maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work
Ability to effectively manage time, and communicate clearly
Ability to maintain a customer focus in providing technology services
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
