DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT LIVE IN ORANGE COUNTY, CA - WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN IT NETWORK ADMIN TO SIT ON-SITE IN LAGUNA HILLS MONDAY-FRIDAY 8AM-5PM

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for aspects of network administration including:

Servers, backups, desktop systems, communications hardware/software and office systems.

Systems administration includes backups, security management, user account management, email systems, office systems, and applications support.

Assist in updating the company’s infrastructure to the latest technologies, including vulnerability management, patching operating systems, and hardware/software upgrades.

Support servers, desktops, printers, and applications.

Develop, test, and implement IT systems to further business objectives.

Participate in team meetings; provide input on solutions to improve efficiency.

Manage and troubleshoot Windows Server operating systems, including installation, patch management, and performance tuning.

Implement and manage Active Directory/Azure Active Directory, including user and group administration, Group Policy, and domain controllers.

Administer, configure, and maintain virtualized environments utilizing VMware technologies.

Triage, process, communicate, escalate, and resolve all assigned tickets through the IT helpdesk system.

Set up and configure hardware, software, and workstations for new hires.

Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Maintain compliance with Quality System procedures and company policies.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
Strong experience supporting Microsoft environments.
Strong networking background REQUIRED. Network+ Certification.
Familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft Server Environments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Results-oriented, eager to learn, able to multitask, and self-starting.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and provide excellent customer service.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team at all levels.
