Essential Functions
- Oversee and streamline daily IT operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead, hire, and support a team of IT professionals, fostering collaboration and growth.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Manage all Partner Program operations.
- Manage IT projects from initiation to completion, adhering to deadlines and budgets.
- Lead evaluation and implementation of process improvements, including SOPs and vetting new technology tools to optimize workflows.
- Allocate and manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare and present reports on key operational metrics and overall performance.
- Perform flexible responsibilities that evolve with company priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent industry work experience.
- 5+ years' experience in IT operations management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and services.
- Ability to analyze data and drive informed decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
