Description We are looking for a skilled IT Security Analyst to safeguard our organization's IT systems and data against evolving cyber threats. This role is essential in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets while maintaining compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will proactively identify risks, respond to security incidents, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen the organization's security posture.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies to protect company data and assets across on-premise and cloud environments.
Create and maintain security policies that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring adherence across all operations.
Enhance security measures for systems, networks, and cloud platforms to mitigate potential threats and ensure stable infrastructure performance.
Monitor security events in real-time, respond to incidents swiftly, and minimize risks through efficient emergency response plans.
Design and deliver targeted security training programs to improve employee awareness and promote adherence to best practices.
Manage user access controls, conduct regular audits of permissions, and implement robust identity management systems to prevent unauthorized access.
Perform thorough risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and develop actionable mitigation strategies.
Utilize advanced monitoring tools and intelligent analysis technologies to detect and respond to abnormal behaviors within IT environments.
Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes, updating security frameworks and policies accordingly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align security initiatives with organizational goals and best practices. Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT security or a related field.
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001.
Familiarity with regulatory standards including PCI Compliance and GDPR.
Proficiency in security tools and platforms, including Azure Sentinel.
Experience in conducting risk assessments and implementing risk management strategies.
Expertise in identity and access management and network security.
Solid understanding of security compliance and best practices.
