Description
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to end users for hardware, software, networking, and cloud-based tools.
Configure, deploy, and manage endpoints (laptops, desktops, mobile devices) using modern device management tools such as Microsoft Intune, Jamf, or Autopilot.
Support collaboration tools including Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Zoom.
Handle account provisioning, password resets, and access controls using Azure AD, Okta, or similar IAM systems.
Respond to support tickets via help desk software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshservice, or ServiceNow) with efficiency and professionalism.
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, etc.) across remote and in-office environments.
Support printer, scanner, and conference room AV setup and troubleshooting.
Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes including equipment setup, software provisioning, and training.
Follow ITIL-based practices for incident management, asset tracking, and documentation.
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in IT support or help desk role.
Proficiency in Windows 10/11, macOS, and mobile platforms (iOS/Android).
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams, Exchange Online, and OneDrive.
Familiarity with cloud identity platforms (Azure AD, Okta) and MFA tools.
Experience using ticketing systems and remote support tools (e.g., AnyDesk, TeamViewer, ConnectWise).
Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VPN, DHCP, DNS).
Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with endpoint management tools like Intune, SCCM, or Jamf.
Exposure to scripting or automation (PowerShell, Bash) is a plus.
Knowledge of IT security best practices, phishing awareness, and patch management.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, or ITIL Foundations.
