- Monitor and respond promptly to IT-related requests.
- Maintain computer systems and provide support during system outages.
- Manage PC’s, printers, servers, and related equipment (monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, etc.).
- Perform upgrades and configurations on user PCs as needed.
- Assist with onboarding new users.
- Keep an inventory of all equipment, software, and licenses.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of system administration and/or helpdesk experience.
- Knowledge of computer systems, PC repair, and network management.
- Resourceful and quick-thinking in troubleshooting critical technical issues.
- Ability to deploy, configure, and support operating systems on desktops and mobile devices.
- Understanding of information security within systems and user devices.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
