Description : NSI requires a Journeyman Program Analyst to support a potential contract for the Navy International Program Office. The analyst will draft, coordinate, and promulgate policies and amendments related to DoN foreign disclosure and technology transfer policies. Responsibilities include researching administrative laws, analyzing proposals, making recommendations, and developing familiarity with relevant committees and manuals to support program goals. The role involves drafting exception requests, monitoring voting processes, providing detailed responses, and supporting knowledge management efforts. Additional tasks include processing export license requests, coordinating policy proposals, and drafting delegation letters to support technology transfer and foreign disclosure requirements.
Location : Washington D.C.
Education : Bachelor's Degree required.
Experience : 5 - 10 years of specialized experience performing the above functions.
Security Clearance : Secret Clearance required. Must be a U.S. citizen.
