We are looking for a full time junior Sys Admin and Help Desk team member (minimum 3 years experience) to work from 8am - 4pm for our Federal client (civilian agency) in downtown Philadelphia. It's an excellent team and a nice work environment, in a highly stable role. You will be supporting internal business and administrative customers.

- Able to work both independently and on a team
- Top notch communication skills - very important - responsive
- O365 Admin Panel - Assigning Licenses
- Strong Active Directory Basic Management Skills
- Microsoft Intune
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Microsoft Office Experience
- Hardware Imaging and Administration in SCCM
- Not required but nice to have experience with PXE boot
- Very basic knowledge of PowerShell
- iPhone Support
- Printer Support
- ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing system

This role will require a basic clearance level, and U.S. Citizenship is required. You will be required to undergo a basic clearance process (credit, criminal, education checks etc).
