About the Role
We’re hiring Civil Engineers and Project Managers on behalf of our client, a multidisciplinary design firm in Chantilly, VA with a collaborative team of civil engineers, landscape architects, planners, and consultants. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who are passionate about innovative land development design and contributing to a variety of exciting public and private sector projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead or contribute to site planning, grading, stormwater management, and utility design for diverse projects.
- Manage or support design efforts for mixed-use, commercial, federal, and infrastructure developments.
- Collaborate with landscape architects, planners, and surveyors in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Prepare construction drawings and documentation using Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
- Interface with public agencies, clients, and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
What We’re Looking For
- 4–10 years of experience for Civil Engineers; 8–15 years for Project Managers
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD
- Experience with land development, stormwater management, and infrastructure design
- EIT or PE license preferred
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive work ethic
