- Review and draft transaction documents related to M&A and private equity deals.
- Manage deal processes and provide effective deal management.
- Negotiate terms and work closely with clients to drive business development.
- Ensure compliance with corporate law and market standards.
- Work independently with a focus on high-level responsibilities and client interaction.
Requirements
- Associates from law school class years 2018 to 2021, with potential consideration for more senior candidates.
- Significant experience in M&A and private equity transactions.
- Strong understanding of corporate law and market terms.
- Proven ability to draft and review complex transaction documents.
- Experience with effective deal management and client relationship management.

Education
- J.D. (Juris Doctor) from an accredited law school.
