KPMG is seeking a Lead Specialist, Contract Management to join our Managed Services practice.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Managed Services Market Growth Team, OGC, Risk, and Finance teams in negotiating and drafting client agreements and renewals using approved contract templates for assigned Managed Services Solutions.
- Coordinate with the MS Market Growth business team to ensure proper setup of sales opportunities and the execution of Sentinels and CEACs before contracting.
- Perform daily reporting on contract progress, maintaining the Contract Management Contracting in Process (“CIP”) file as the main data repository for ongoing contracts; maintain a database summarizing contract terms across active engagements.
- Maintain the contracts schedule and proactively assist CSMs and the MS Market Growth Team to drive renewals before contract expiration.
- Assist the vendor management team to coordinate steps ensuring PIM process completion, AT review initiation (for new products or vendors), and engagement with procurement tools; collaborate with TPRM group as needed.
- Support Reselling department and alliance team with Reselling Agreements, including opening procurement tickets, negotiating terms, and closing out activities.
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful work environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of recent experience in a consultative services organization, management experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Strong background in Contract Management and/or Legal experience is ideal.
- Knowledge of contracts, including MSAs, Engagement Letters, SOWs, and Amendments.
- Contract negotiation and drafting skills, with ability to work across stakeholders such as Risk, OGC, Finance, and business units.
- Analytical, process-driven, detail-oriented, with excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills to complete the contracting process.
- Ability to travel as necessary.
