Legal Executive Recruiter
Join our growing team at LHH Legal Search, part of the Adecco Group, as a Legal Executive Recruiter covering the DMV and Carolinas territories. This remote position requires sitting in the greater DC-metro area to facilitate meetings. We focus on holistic recruitment strategies for law firms and legal departments, connecting top legal talent across the nation.
Responsibilities include:
- Recruiting attorneys for law firms and corporate legal departments.
- Conducting in-depth interviews to assess candidates.
- Networking with legal professionals.
- Extending employment offers and negotiating compensation.
- Supporting all parties in making informed employment decisions.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Experience practicing law and an interest in transitioning into recruiting.
- Enthusiasm, motivation, and business acumen.
- A JD degree is required.
This role offers a compensation package including a recoverable draw, commissions, and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and more. No prior recruiting experience is necessary.
