The Enterprise Special Services team is expanding rapidly and is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Specialist to enhance the shipper experience for vendors and sellers who use Inbound Transportation services. As we continue to innovate within transportation and logistics, we consistently evaluate our current network shipper defects and drive improvements through coaching and performance management. In this role, you will work directly with shippers to create solutions and take action to improve shipper performance metrics.
Responsibilities
Monitor, verify, and present data daily.
Overcome transportation disruptions and other barriers in real time.
Identify transportation defect root causes.
Maintain daily logs on assigned shippers.
Lead weekly calls with assigned shippers.
Conduct Daily Business Review stand-up calls.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in account management and customer service.
Expertise in Excel.
Strong problem-solving skills related to logistics, transportation, intermodal, and supply chain.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Good relationship-building and organizational skills.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to manage disruptions as they occur.
Supply chain technical skills.
Experience from diverse industries such as party planning, event coordination, real estate, sales, and restaurants.
Work Environment
This position offers a hybrid work environment with 3 days a week in-office, transitioning to 5 days a week in-office in Summer 2025. The role includes a 2-week in-person training period.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.
