Job Title: Logistics Customer Support - Reverse Logistics Inventory
Location: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
Pay Rate: $17.50/hour
Schedule: : 8 AM - 5 PM)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Logistics Administrator to support our Reverse Logistics team. This role involves managing damaged and defective product inventory, obtaining vendor approvals, and coordinating returns. While not customer-facing, this position requires strong internal communication with departments such as Sales and Product Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle reverse logistics for damaged or defective products
Obtain approval from vendors and coordinate product returns
Communicate effectively with internal teams (Sales, Product Management)
Perform accurate data entry and manage inventory records
Utilize Excel and toggle between multiple software platforms
Respond to internal service requests in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications:
50+ WPM typing speed
Strong attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
Able to multitask and switch between systems/screens efficiently
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
Ideal Candidate:
Enjoys working in a cohesive, team-driven environment
Has prior experience in logistics, inventory control, or administrative support
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
