Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly capable Maintenance Manager to oversee technical maintenance activities on an offshore facility. This position plays a key role in driving asset reliability, team performance, and adherence to safety protocols within a dynamic industrial environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Promote and uphold a safety-first culture across all workstreams.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement site-level maintenance strategies.
- Lead planning and execution of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
- Manage the maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
- Supervise and mentor a multidisciplinary team, including engineers, technicians, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and operational regulations.
- Monitor and analyze asset performance data using CMMS tools.
- Prepare budgets, manage resources, and oversee external service providers.
- Respond effectively to technical issues and minimize operational downtime.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through defect elimination and process optimization.
Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience in maintenance roles within industrial operations.
- A minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Strong technical background with experience in large-scale equipment and systems.
- Knowledge of maintenance planning tools and CMMS software.
- Understanding of applicable safety standards and operational best practices.
- Comfortable working offshore for extended periods on a rotational basis.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Previous experience in offshore or remote facility environments is an asset.
