Job Description
The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for the management and scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance activities. This role involves the supervision and management of the maintenance department, maintaining a tool and parts inventory, and managing the annual maintenance plan and budget.
Responsibilities
Manage and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Supervise and manage the maintenance department.
Maintain inventory of tools and parts.
Develop and manage the annual maintenance plan and budget.
Essential Skills
Experience in maintenance supervision and management.
Experience in manufacturing or distribution maintenance.
Lead or supervisory experience.
Proficiency in conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatic systems, and electrical troubleshooting.
Preventive maintenance and PLC troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of supervision or lead experience within a maintenance team.
Manufacturing or distribution maintenance experience.

Work Environment and Shift
The work environment is a non-airconditioned distribution center with a small maintenance department consisting of only two people.
Mon to Fri, 6:45AM - 3:45PM
15 minutes prior to shift to start up and stay 15 minutes after to close shopPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
75% of medical benefits paid forDental, 401k (IRA) with a 2% company match
1-2 weeks of PTOWorkplace Type
This is a fully onsite position in Pinellas Park,FL.
