Position Details:
Location: St. Anthony's Hospital - St. Petersburg
Status: Full Time (non-exempt)
Shift: *2* :30 PM - 11:00 PM
Days: will work every weekend and 2 days off during the week
The Maintenance Technician II is a full-time position.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the maintenance, operation, and repair of buildings, equipment and systems throughout the assigned facilities.
Must possess the ability to perform general mechanical repairs.
Perform demand and scheduled preventive maintenance of the facility equipment to cover all trades including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration, pneumatic tube, painting, carpentry and associated systems in accordance with departmental, hospital and regulatory agency codes.
Specific duties include maintaining facilities and equipment in hospital or clinic environment.
May be scheduled to work various work shifts and weekends to meet the needs of the hospital not necessarily within the craft lines.
This position may require travel to perform necessary maintenance work at other BCHS facilities.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Education
Required *-* High School or Equivalent
4 years' experience in an acute healthcare setting is acceptable in lieu of HSD/GED.
Preferred - Technical in a related field
Licenses
Required - FL Driver's License
Experience
Required - 2-years maintenance
Preferred - 1 year hospital-related
