KPMG is seeking a Manager, Oracle EPM to join our Consulting practice.
Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple client service delivery teams, ensuring engagement execution aligns with firm and practice standards.
- Apply technical and industry expertise to identify complex client issues and foster long-term relationships with key executives through engagement delivery and professional networking.
- Support business development by identifying new opportunities and assisting in proposal development.
- Contribute to the development of our Enterprise Technology Solutions (ETS) methodologies and intellectual capital, including publishing articles, whitepapers, or conducting research.
- Manage and lead teams of staff professionals, actively participating in staff development and practice management.
- Uphold integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to maintain a respectful and courteous work environment.
Qualifications:
- At least five years of ETS or EPM experience within a professional services advisory firm or publicly traded company, including leading full lifecycle implementation projects with Oracle Cloud products such as FCCS, EPCM, EPBCS, ARCS, etc.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; MBA or MIS preferred.
- Experience in process reengineering and designing business performance management applications, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Knowledge of data sourcing, analytics tools, and data integration methods such as OLAP/ROLAP/HOLAP, data warehousing, ETL, and data quality management.
- Ability to travel as required.
