Description
Participate in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
Assist with general ledger maintenance and support financial statement preparation.
Prepare accruals, prepaid expense schedules, and fixed asset tracking.
Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Manage the Accounts Payable process and authorize payment to suppliers

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2-3 years of progressive accounting experience with a strong emphasis in cost accounting; manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP, cost accounting principles, and internal controls.
Proficient with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Infor) and advanced Excel skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $33.66/hr.
