What You Will Do
Objectives of this Role
- Work with CSBU and Molex Corporate Marketing to drive growth through expanded brand awareness, lead generation, and content development and communication.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Business Development, and Engineering Teams on developing value propositions for our products.
- Develop content including presentations, blogs, articles, and product specifications in partnership with Molex Corporate marketing, CSBU, and external teams.
- Create and implement plans to increase awareness of the Molex Brand across targeted growth markets.
- Ensure all marketing efforts align with immediate and long-term business goals by improving processes, content, and lead generation strategies.
- Prepare marketing activity reports and success metrics.
- Gather market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends.
Responsibilities
- Research market trends, customer behavior, and competitors; analyze data and prepare reports.
- Identify target audiences and educate the broader Molex marketing organization.
- Develop thought leadership strategies in target markets.
- Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to relevant teams; coordinate with Molex Corporate marketing on digital initiatives.
- Evaluate usage data of Molex.com and work with the web team for continuous improvements.
- Educate Copper Solutions Team on reaching target audiences.
- Develop early-career talent and future leaders.
- Manage CSBU-specific events and coordinate participation in other company events.
- Maintain and update sales support materials, creating new ones as needed.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, ME, EE, or related field.
- Experience in electronics markets (Networking, compute, Telecomm).
- Deep understanding of AI architectures and networking/compute racks.
- Knowledge of standards bodies (IEEE, PCI-SIG, etc.).
- Technical knowledge of Ethernet, PCIe, Infiniband protocols.
- Experience in a B2B environment.
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
- Experience developing and executing integrated marketing plans, including thought leadership, digital campaigns, search engine marketing, advertising, and in-person events.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
What Will Put You Ahead
- Familiarity with CMS and CRM tools.
- Experience with high-speed design, signal integrity, and interconnects.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and data analytics software.
- Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and social marketing.
- Experience in the Data Center Market.
- Proficiency with digital tools for targeted marketing.
- MBA preferred.
Salary range for this role is $140,000-$160,000 per year, with eligibility for variable pay in the form of bonuses or other incentives.
